How Garud360 works

The same flow as the application

Nothing here is a separate product. Registering creates an organisation in the app. Employees join by invite and work inside apps.garud360.com.

Create the organisation
An org admin account is created with your chosen plan — Starter, Business, or Enterprise. Sign in at apps.garud360.com.

Add employees
Invite people by email or CSV. They set a password on the invite link and land on their employee dashboard.

Training + phishing
Admins assign catalog courses and launch phishing campaigns. Employees complete chapters and receive simulated mail in Phish Inbox.

Track what happened
Opens, clicks, and Real/Phishing judgements feed campaign stats. Completions create certificates, XP, badges, and leaderboard rank.

Platform operators (super admin) publish courses and assign campaign drafts. Org admins launch those campaigns to their own employees.

Questions about the product

Garud360 is a web application for security awareness. Organisations register, invite employees, assign training, and launch phishing simulations. Employees complete courses and judge simulated emails in Phish Inbox. Completions create certificates and XP.
The application lives at apps.garud360.com. This website (garud360.com) is only for product information and organisation registration. After you register, sign in on the app with the admin email and password you created.
They do not self-register here. An org admin sends an invite (single email or CSV). The employee opens the invite link, sets a name and password, and enters the employee workspace.
Campaigns run inside the app. After an admin launches a campaign, employees see simulated messages in Phish Inbox, open them, optionally click links, and mark them Real or Phishing. Those events are what campaign stats measure.
Platform operators publish the catalog. Organisations get access to courses whose minimum plan their subscription covers. Org admins assign those courses to employees; they do not author the global catalog themselves.
Starter uses platform templates only. Business can own up to 5 custom templates. Enterprise is unlimited. Another organisation’s custom templates cannot be used.
Registration creates a live organisation on the plan you pick. There is no separate trial clock, HR-system connector, or language pack add-on — languages and MFA are already in Settings.
Yes. A platform operator can change the organisation’s plan in the app. Upgrading links published courses that the new tier qualifies for. Downgrading does not remove courses already linked.
